When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Delivery prices quoted are for mainland UK excluding the Channel Islands and are calculated and quoted during the checkout process. Please contact us for a quote to any other destination.
Delivery price quoted is for a specified weekday delivery service between 9am and 5.30pm. Timed deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost so please contact us for the exact cost.
We will confirm a specified delivery day at time of ordering or alternatively if the item you require is out of stock we will give you a lead time and then contact you to arrange a specified delivery day once the item arrives in stock.
We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by transport delays.
Although we do our best to deliver on specified date and within the given lead-time we cannot guarantee these dates as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
You are advised to check all deliveries carefully. Should the packaging be damaged you MUST sign for it as damaged. Claims for shortages or damages in transit must be advised within 48hours of receipt of order. Damage reported within 48hours will be collected and replaced by Body Craft Products (BCP) at the earliest possible convenience.
