At Body Craft Products all our couches come with a 1 Year Replacement Guarantee.

All couches are manufactured using high quality materials and have been checked for strength and durability. Every care is taken to deliver your couch in pristine condition.
This guarantee is valid from the date of original invoice and covers against faulty workmanship and defective materials.
Under this guarantee with the following conditions we will replace the faulty item with a new one and collect the damaged item free of charge.

Conditions:

1.The product has not been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident
2.No modifications, repairs or alterations have been made

Under these terms wear and tear is not covered i.e. upholstery / vinyl damage.

Note: Upon receipt of your couch all damages or shortages must be notified to BCP within 48hours of initial receipt. In this instance we will ask you to store the damaged goods until such time as a replacement is available after which we will send a courier to deliver the new item and collect the damaged one. We require that the product be returned in the original packaging and boxing, securely fastened. Claims made outside this time limit will NOT be accepted.

Please note that the vinyl upholstery is only guaranteed for the first 48hours after initial receipt. No claims can be considered after this period and any accidental damage after this time e.g. upholstery rips and tears, is not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
