Cancellations and returns:

Once you have placed an order and payment has been processed, the delivery process automatically commences and products will be delivered as soon as possible.

Where items have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Body Craft Products (BCP) may agree to their return on the following conditions:

1. A request must be made to BCP within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
2. The item must be returned in perfect condition complete in the original packaging and boxing.
3. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in transit to parcels being returned.
4. Any refunds will be made at purchase price of item, within 30 days of their return to BCP. The customer is responsible for full carriage costs for both original & forward consignments. Items are returned at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. If you would like us to arrange a courier collection on your behalf we will of course be happy to do this. For your own protection, please pack thoroughly and obtain a receipt from the carrier.
